- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Stay away! The staff was extremely unprofessional, very mean, unfriendly, and could not answer any of my questions. They wanted me to agree to a surgery in the hospital for my elementary aged child without being able to give me a total cost estimate. When I asked what do other people do, their answer was "They just have the surgery and deal with the bill later." Who in their right mind does this!? I had no issues with Dr. Sheffer himself, but there was absolutely no way I was going to give my business to those hateful and unhelpful women. And to top it all off, they laughed at me on my way out the door, telling me "good luck finding someone else". Wow.March 07, 2017by Kayla Crabtree
