- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We were not greeted by anyone upon our entering the facility and there were very few patrons in the store. Upon checking out were hassled about a telephone number. We don't give our number out for purchases and were told to make one up so we did. What good is this information for them? Probably would not return to this H-D store.June 17, 2017by Lynne Kennedy
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in and was looking at a bike, was given a few minutes before a sales person came up and introduced herself. When she asked my Name she knew me from 1 email I had sent a week prior. Very informative and helpful and didn't pressure me letting me know that their there when I'm ready.
