  I have a retainer with two fake teeth on it that is glued in, a couple a months ago it came loose and I called ADA and they got me in as fast as they could to fix it which was much appreciated! Then, recently, one of the teeth on the retainer actually broke off from the wire and so I called ADA to see if maybe they could save me from the embarrassment of missing a tooth! Dr Kivett was out of town so I did have to wait a while for him to get back and get an appointment but I went this morning and they were SO GREAT. They were so nice and helpful and just wonderful. And when I went to pay, Karen said she wasn't going to charge me for anything. I almost cried from happiness! I've only been to ADA two times, both for emergencies but both times every single staff member has been so amazing and kind, I will continue to go there for anything I end up needing. They are a blessing!

  Everyone was very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Love the little kids' area. They definitely were able to get me in and out of there. Things didn't seem so cluttered so perfect for any with claustrophobia.

  The staff was very friendly, well educated, and professional. I was able to feel comfortable in an environment that usaully is terrifying for myself. I will recommend ADA to everyone I know! Thank you!
