- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely atrocious! Mrs. Stacy Phillips couldn't even operate the programs on her computer. American Family is a great insurance company, but she is the worst representative of her company that I have EVER encountered. I recommend that a prospective client visit the other two possible agents in Joplin. Otherwise your experience will be a waste of a day. Not only did Mrs. Phillips show an utter lack of knowlege of her field, she seemed to struggle with with even the simplest of math skills, using her calculator for everything. After sitting for hours at her office, I simply walked out, exasperated. Do not waste your time!March 01, 2017by A Google User
