- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was the worse experience with a healthcare facility my family has ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The doctor was very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and lacked compassion. Their system for documenting medications administered to patient is very inefficient, which is really scary when you have no idea what medications were administered and pages are missing from patients medical records. We have now filed formal complaints to get some answers because corporate refused to answer our questions about the many discrepancies.August 28, 2017by Kalynn Henson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In July, 2014 is was transferred here against my will from Rogers AR. During my 28 day stay, I never experienced such a lack of compassion for patients. I had one good nurse and the rest were overworked, and had no time for patients. I heard remarks at night from staff, joking with one another and disregarding their patients. They kept everyone sedated, catered food in from another hospital, which was always cold and unedable. They keep you hostage, with little or no rehab " regardless of what they claim" and in my opinion this place isn't fit to care for pets, let along humans.
