- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very unprofessional. After taking my child with Autism to this dentist , it was determined that he needed some dental work but would have to have the procedure done at a hospital where he could be put under anesthesia because he has such anxiety and fear of the dentist. The day before the appointment, I asked his office staff exactly what the process would be so I could prepare my child for the procedure. When we got to the hospital, nothing went according to what they had told me and my child got very anxious and upset. We had to leave without the dental work being done. I asked if he could recommend another dentist who might have more experience with special needs children and he told me “I won’t recommend anyone to do work on him.” And then he went on to say something along the lines of it would be fine by him if his teeth rotted out. In my opinion, this guy is a horrible dentist and a horrible human being. I won’t recommend him to anyone in the future.February 16, 2018by KH
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I brought my daughter here for a minor gum injury. The staff was very helpful on the phone and got us in quickly. It was my daughter's first time to the dentist and she was excited. Needless to say, she loved it! The waiting room was very exciting with an underwater themed playhouse as well as arcade games and huge activity wall. The staff was all smiles and we loved the office dog Brody!! He calmly visited us throughout our appointment from waiting room to checkout. Office was very professional, clean and overall wonderful. Dr. Rosenberg took the time to talk to me and my daughter during her visit and made us feel welcome which was great because we are new to Joplin. My daughter got a few prizes at the end including "lipstick" (her choice of flavored chapstick!)
